Ingredients

  1. 3 tbspfresh squeezed lime juice
  2. 1/2 cupchopped sweet onion
  3. 2 cupchopped very ripe tomatoed
  4. 2 tbspminced jalapeño, Serrano, chili pequins or poblano rasjas
  5. 1/2 tspsea salt
  6. 1/2 tspfresh ground black pepper
  7. 2 tbspfresh cilantro chopped
  8. 1 dashof olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the lime juice and onions in a bowl and allow to marinate 20-60 mins

  2. 2

    Combine tomatoes, onion mix, chili's, salt, pepper, cilantro, and olive oil in a mixing bowel and mix well. Season to taste. Refrigerate at least 30 mins. Serve cold.
