These kababs are healthy version of restaurant style kebabs but taste are equivalent...fully loaded veggies and greens easy to make..Good for kids tiffin,any get together etc.
Steps

Wash and blanch the spinach drain excess water let it cool grind it into a paste & keep it aside...

In a pan heat 1tsp oil and saute green chillies along with peas French beans and capsicum till 2 to 3 minutes on low to medium flame..let it cool grind it coarsely without adding water and keep it aside..

Now take a bowl into it add grated potatoes panzer both pastes breadcrumbs and all spices along with salt...

Mix the mixture very well with your hands and make patties...roll the patties on breadcrumbs garnish it with cashue...Shallow fry it and serve..Thank you..Happy Cooking😊
