Ingredients

4 servings

1/2 cupBrown Sugar
1/2 cupSoy Sauce
1/2 cupOlive Oil (or other oil)
3 tbspCracked Black Pepper (to taste)
1 lbSalmon

Mix marinade and seal in double ziplock bag w salmon (approx an hour)

Heat grill then clean w crumpled foil, then
Oil the grill ( to prevent sticking)

Grill meat down / skin up first
Turn and rotate each piece on the grill
