Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupSelf rising flour
  2. 1/2 tspSalt
  3. 2 tbspBaking powder
  4. 1/4 cupVinegar
  5. 1 cupBeer
  6. Sauce
  7. 2 tspHoney
  8. 5 smallRandom leftover Chinese takeout sauce packets (duck, soy, etc.)
  9. 1/4 cupCheap sweet and sour sauce
  10. Meat
  11. 6 slicePork chops
  12. Ginger
  13. 1 eachGarlic salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 325 and place all pork in oven, uncovered, sprinkled with mentioned seasonings. Let bake for 20 minutes

    Get your veggie or canola oil heated up for frying

  3. 3

    Remove pork from oven and let rest for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Cut pork into 2-3inch pieces, set aside in separate bowl

  5. 5

    Mix all sauce ingredients in bowl and set aside

  6. 6

    Mix all left over ingredients in recipe in cold metal bowl, make sure beer is very cold. Don't over mix, it won't be as fizzy if you over mix it

  7. 7

    Dip pork in batter and put in hot oil. Flip when golden brown. Place fried pork on paper towel stack in bowl.

  8. 8

    Drizzle or coat finished pork with sauce. Serve with wasabi and more beer! Enjoy!
