  • 4 tbspmelted butter

    Whisk together egg whites and buttermilk.

    Slowly whisk egg yolks into butter.

  3. 3

    Scoop pancake mix into large bowl.

  4. 4

    Whisk yolks into buttermilk mixture.

  5. 5

    Pour liquid into solids.

  6. 6

    Stir, but leave lumpy.

  7. 7

    Add mini chocolate chips or blue berries.
