  1. 1 lbBoneless Chicken
  2. 1 canCream of Chicken
  3. 1 canwhite beans
  4. 1 cancorn
  5. 4 tspchilli powder
  6. 3/4 cupwater or chicken broth
  7. 1shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  8. 1red peppers and green peppers (optional)
  9. 1 1/2 tsponion powder garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice chicken into cubes

  2. 2

    In saucepan heat up chicken, chilli powder, red/green peppers, onion/garlic powder

  3. 3

    When chicken is fully cooked add condensed cream of chicken, beans, corn, water or chicken broth to a light boil

  4. 4

    Sprinkle shredded cheese as desired
