Idli are the type of savoury rice cake cook by steaming method.Its a healthy and popular breakfast dish through out India. Today instead of making with rice I made this idli with oats and wheat suji, both are good for health.We all know how healthy oats are, which are excellent source of dietry fibre, which helps to loose weight.

Steps

Dry roast oats and make a fine powder

In a bowl add suji, oats powder, baking powder,salt and curd. If required add water. N keep it for rest atleat 15-20 minutes

In idli steamer ste the idli

For chutney dry roast peanuts chana dal, chillies cummin separetly

In mixie jar add all the above ingredients n grind to make chutney
- 6
Give temper using 2-3 drops of oil, add cummin, mustard, urad dal n curry leaves.

Idlis are ready to serve
