make a slice between the prefried tofu puff and bake in oven 160 C for 5 minute ,just to warm it and soften it then set aside

pound all ingredient to paste set aside

QUICK SAUTE BEAN SPROUTS

in pan with warm water just quick blanch bean sprouts then quickly remived it and drain dry and add pounded paste mix well with 2 tbsp of light soy sauce

YOU CAN SERVE AS IT IS BEAN SPROUTS IN SOY SAUCE AS SIDE DISH TOO

AS FOR SERVING AS APPETIZER

fill the bean sprout mixture with some crushed nuts ( optional ))into warm and soft tofu curd puff cavity and plate it on sweet thai chili sauce then top with dark soy sauce or dip it in the mixture of the chili sauce and dark sauce
