Steps

Wash and soak rice and daal for 30 minutes.

Take ghee in cooker.heat it.

Add hing and jeera and cloves.

Now add soaked daal and chawal when jeera colour changes.

Add all vegetables.

Add salt and turmeric powder.

Add 4 cup water.

Cover the lid and take 1 whistle on medium flame.

Khichdi is ready. Serve hot with roasted papad or any flavour what we want.
