In a medium bowl, beat 3 eggs for 5 minutes, until thick and lemon colored.

Add cake part ingredients.

Add the 'add to' ingredients.

Add dry ingredients and beat 3 minutes.

Grease 15x10x1" jelly roll pan. Line with wax paper and grease that too.

Pour mixture in pan. Sprinkle 1 cup walnuts, if desired.

Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.

Wet a cloth and ring it out. When you remove pan from oven, turn over on cloth and roll it up.

When cool, unroll and frost with cream cheese filling. Roll back up. Wrap in tin foil and put in freezer.

Mix cream cheese frosting ingredients together. Beat until smooth.

Add 1 cup powdered sugar. Beat again until smooth.
