Had to make something for dinner and use the curd so why not pancakes
Steps
- 1
Crack 2 eggs add sugar and vanilla sugar and mix it together
- 2
Add curd. Mix it in with a spoon(you can start with the spoon moving onto a blender later it's not good to blend it from the start)
- 3
Add 3 spoons of sour cream and mix.
- 4
Mix flour and baking powder in a seperate bowl
- 5
Pour flour-powder into the mix and mix.
- 6
Let the batter sit for 10-15 minutes
- 7
Heat skillet on low heat. Add oil. Add one pancake at a time at the start The batter will be thick so spread it with a fork. After you flip it, press it with a fork or spatula so you get bigger pancakes.
- 8
Keep adjusting the heat. I have an electric stove and set the heat on 5 out of 9
- 9
Serve with jam, chocolate sauce, sour cream or anything else you like.
