In a mixing bowl, add mashed boiled potatoes, teaspoon cumin, teaspoon ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder red chilli powder garma masala salt coriander leaves mix well all

In a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, teaspoon salt, teaspoon ghee, teaspoon carom seeds, water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.

Place the dough and roll it using a rolling pin to make a circle, slightly thicker than chapati.

Spread the potato mixture over the chapati and roll it gently.. Cut it into 1 thick pieces. Keep it aside.

Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry these till they are brown and crispy from both the sides. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
9. Serve hot with ketchup.
