  • 1/2 cupmatar boiled
  • 1 cupchiwada
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1green chilli barik kate
  • 1small piece of ginger grated
  • as needed Coriander leaves barik kate
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • 1 pinchhing
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Karahi m oil garam karein or chiwada ko fry kar le.Salt mix karein.

  2. 2

    Pan m 1 tbsp oil garam karein.usme green chilli, ginger,tomato or onion ko 2 min ke liye bhune.salt,red chilli or hing mix karein or chiwada ke upper dal de.

  3. 3

    Matar chiwada ready to serve.
