Soak rice in water then dry it and make it in a powder form.

Take milk in a pan bring it to boil now add rice and simmer for 15 minuts.In a medium heat.

Now add sugar and cardamom powder. Stir for 15 minutes in medium heat and make it like a thick soup.

Now turn off flame and add kewra/vanila essence and nuts.

Now dish out keep it in fridge cool it then garnish with nuts and coconut
