    Pahle matar ke dano ko grinder me achhe se pees le.

  2. 2

    Aloo ke chote chote piece kar lein.

  3. 3

    Masale ke lie grinder me pyaj, tamatar, adrak haldi, dhaniya powder pees le.

  4. 4

    Ab kadai me oil dale aur aloo ko deep fry kar le.

  5. 5

    Matar ke paste ko bhi alag se bhun le.

  6. 6

    Ab kadai me oil dale aur usme tejpatta, panchforan,lal mirch dale.fir usme peesa hua masala dale aur bhune.

  7. 7

    Jab masala achhe se bhun jae to aloo aur matar dono dalkar bhune.namak dalkar bhune.

  8. 8

    Fir 2 chutki garam masala dalkar milae aur pani dale.

  9. 9

    5 minutes pakae aur aloo gal jaane par utar le.fir use rice ya chapati ke saath serve karein.
