Butter the bread.

Assemble the veggies and paneer, keeping the buttered side out.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cover it with another bread slice.

Grill it in preheated sandwich maker, until golden.

Halve the sandwich and serve hot with your choice of dip.

You can add your choice of veggies for making this sandwich.

If you are not on diet then add cheese and can use white bread instead of brown bread 😉
