2eggs
1medium onion Chopped
2medium tomatoes sliced
3 TBcooking oil
1/2ts salt
Handfulkales thinly chopped

Steps

Heat the oil in a pan,when hot toss in the onions,fry till golden.

Add tomatoes simmer and saute

Add the veggies and salt,stir gently.Add eggs when veggies are well cooked and serve when ready.
