Steps

In a basin, pour flour

Add baking powder, cardamon, sugar and milk

Make a dough

Cut into small pieces, like mandazi

Let it cool for few minutes

In a separate pan, heat your sugar. Till it melts and forms a paste

Coat your cooked (mandazi) little by little. Then mix well.

Serve with tea or juice
