Mix all above ingredients for bhatura,mix slowly and make a dough

Cover with wet cloth..let it rest for one hour

Now we make chole masala

Take a pan add oil, jeera and heeng

When it’s splatter add onion paste..cook till light brown

Now add tomato purée..add all dry masalas..now add boil chole..cook for 2min

Take a deep fry pan..heat oil

Make smalll balls from the dough and flatten in your palm

Deep fry slowly in medium hot oil..cook both the side

Now chole and bhature is ready...
