  3. 5Strawberries, sliced
  4. 2Celery stalks, chopped
  5. 1/4 cupRed onion, small diced
  6. Dressing:
  7. 3 tbspFrench vinegarette or similar
  8. 1/2Lemon, squeezed
  9. 2 tspHoney
  10. to tasteCracked black pepper
  11. Sweeter Version:
  12. No red Onions
  13. Sweeter Dressing:
  14. 1lemon, squeezed
  15. 1 tbspHoney
  16. to tasteSugar
  17. Optional: cracked pepper to taste
