Steps

Heat ghee in a small pot

Once the ghee is hot, add ajwain seeds and bajra flour.

Roast the bajra flour in ghee for 2-3 minutes

Next add in jaggery, salt, ginger powder and water. Mix well so that there are and lumps.

Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for another 5 minutes to thicken the raab a little.

Add in some chopped almonds and walnuts and serve hot.
