  1. 1 cupRice
  2. 2 1/2 cupWater
  3. 1as needed Salt
  4. 1Orange Packet
  5. 1/4 tspAjo (garlic)
  6. 1/4 tspComino
  7. 1/2 tspCaldo de Tomate

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cup of rice in pan w oil.

  2. 2

    Fry it, until rice is browned.

  3. 3

    Then add 2 1/2 cups of water.

  4. 4

    Lower the heat very low.
    Add salt, 1 orange packet, (1/4tsp) ajo, (1/4 tsp) comino, (1/2 tsp) caldo de tomate.
    Cover it and cook until water absorbs.
