  • 1Onion halved and sliced
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 1Egg
  • 2Green/Red Chillies
  • salt
  • 1 cupwater

    Mix flour with egg, sliced onions, salt, and thinly sliced chillies with water to form semi liquidy paste.

  2. 2

    Heat butter in pan, pour pancake mix to make round pancakes. Cook well on both sides.

  3. 3

    Have with Darjeeling Sauce and hot tea!
