Chilli garlic wings
A simple yet finger licking good recipe

Steps

Marinate the chicken wings in cornflour and finely chopped garlic for 10 mins.Add salt to taste.

Fry the wings in a shallow pan with vegetable oil on medium heat until golden brown.5 min on each side.

Prep the ginger, spring onion and chillies for the stir fry

In a pan add 1 tbsp oil and stir fry the ginger and chillies for 3 minutes

Next add the soy sauce, sugar, chilli sauce and 1 tbsp water
- 6
Finally add the fried chicken wings to the pan, mix well till coated in sauce.Last but not the least add the chopped spring onion.

Garnish the chicken with sesame seeds.Serve with grilled garlic bread and a crunchy bell pepper salad.
