Soak the prunes in milk for 1 hour. Sift the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

Take the butter out of the fridge and microwave for 15 seconds. Use a whisk to mix the butter until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the sugar and mix until it becomes creamy. (If it becomes too runny, chill in the freezer for 2-3 minutes and continue mixing.)

Gradually add the egg, one spoonful at a time, mixing until smooth and creamy.

Alternate adding the flour and prunes, mixing with a rubber spatula. Add the nuts, pour into mini cake molds, and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

You can add other dried fruits like raisins, dried cranberries, dried cherries, dried apricots, and any kind of nuts and seeds as desired. You can also refrigerate overnight before baking.
