Ingredients

  • 2 cupRice
  • 2Potato chopped
  • 2Onion sliced
  • 1 cupPeas
  • 2Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cupFresh coriander chopped
  • 1 tspJeera
  • 1/2 tspHaldi powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspGaram masala
  • 5-6Garlic cloves
  • 5 cupWater
  • as neededOil.

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker heat oil, add jeera, splatter now add all vegetable sauté for 2 to 5 minute, add all dry masale add water, wait for a boil.

  2. 2

    Add washed rice, mix well, cover with lid and cook till 2 whistle.

  3. 3

    Keep it 3 minute in steam, now remove the lid and serve hot in bowl.
