Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspcoconut milk
  2. 1aluminium foil and banana leaf
  3. 2 slicepollack fish fillet or hallibut or any fish
  4. spicy sauce
  5. 3 tbspplease refer to my recipe LG SPICY SAUCE (SAMBAL)
  6. 10small dice shallot or 1 onion
  7. 2small desseded red chili pepper
  8. 1 tspsugar
  9. 1 1/2 tbsplight soy sauce

    FOR THE SPICY SAUCE (SAMBAL SAUCE) PLEASE VIEW ATTACHMENTS BELOW

    In pan with oil saute spicy sauce (sambal) for half a minute then add shallot, add light soy sauce and sugar then mix well and set aside

    To bake : layer the banana leaf on aluminium foil

  4. 4

    Put pollack fish fillet on banana leaf then top cooked spicy sauce then top with coconut milk and wrap up then baked it for 200c for 20 to 25 minutes then enjoy
