Cream cheese needs to be room temperature.

Warm butter in the milk...20 seconds.

Pour milk mixture in the cream cheese. Mix well.

Separate egg whites. Add beaten egg yolks in the cream cheese and milk mixture.

Sift flour into the mixture. Blend well.

Add tartar and salt into egg whites. Beat whites until peaks. While beating, add sugar some at a time.

Fold beaten whites to the batter. First time 1/3, then add all.

Pour into baking pan. Bake 350°F for 30 min and then 320°F for 30 min.
