Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchcapella tomatoes chopped
  2. 1 bunchCilantro chopped
  3. 3 clovegarlic minced
  4. 1/4onion finely chopped
  5. 15 slicefresh mozzarella
  6. 1salt to taste
  7. 1 loafItalian or French bread
  8. 1olive oil
  9. 1Italian seasoning
  10. 1Italian glaze with balsamic vinegar of modena

Steps

    Chop your favorite tomatoes, cilantro

  2. 2

    Add minced garlic

  3. 3

    Chop onion

  4. 4

    Salt to taste

  5. 5

    Mix together in bowl set aside

  6. 6

    Slice bread brush olive oil over tops & Sprinkle with Italian seasoning toast in oven at 350 until slightly toasted or longer if you like real crispy last few minutes add mozzarella until melted

  7. 7

    Top with tomatoe mix

  8. 8

    Option drizzle with Italian glaze with balsamic vinegar of modena
