  1. 1/4 cupBrown Sugar
  2. 1/2 tspCayenne Pepper
  3. 1/4 tspBlack Pepper
  4. 8 sliceBacon

    Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. 2

    In a medium bowl, mix the brown sugar, cayenne pepper, & black pepper. Add the bacon & toss.

  3. 3

    Line a baking sheet with a wire rack & lay bacon on the rack. Pat any remaining spice mixture on the bacon.

  4. 4

    Bake for about 15 minutes, or until crisp.
