1/4 cupBrown Sugar
1/2 tspCayenne Pepper
1/4 tspBlack Pepper
8 sliceBacon

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a medium bowl, mix the brown sugar, cayenne pepper, & black pepper. Add the bacon & toss.

Line a baking sheet with a wire rack & lay bacon on the rack. Pat any remaining spice mixture on the bacon.

Bake for about 15 minutes, or until crisp.
