Subse pehle ek bowl mein makki ka aata lo.

Usme salt,red chilli powder,jerra,saunf,haldi and coriander powder dalo.

Ab crushed peas,finely chopped green chillies,baking soda aur coriander leaves aate mein mix karo.

Ab dheme dheme aate mein pani dal ke aata gund do. Ye aata roti jaisa soft gund do.

Aate ko chote chote gol shape banao.phir uske uper ek chota sa hole aur karo.

Uske baad dhokle ke cooker mein thali mein ye gol banaye hye rakh do.aur 15 minute steam karo.

Jab thanda ho jaye uske baad thali mein se nikal do aur ek kadai mein thoda sa oil le ke rai, green chilli,jerra or curry pattha dal kar vagar do.

Ab ye vagar dhokle ke uper dal do aur green chutney ke sath serve karo.
