3 cupbaby spinach
2green onions
1garlic
1 cup35% cream

preheat oven to 350

slice the spinach and onions. mince garlic

in a bowl mix the spinach, onions, garlic, salt and pepper and cream

pour over salmon cover and cook for 40 minutes

serve with rice or pasta
