Take a bowl.

Add besan, maida,cornflour,water,ginger-garlic paste,kasoori methi,kitchen king,salt,red chilli powder,black pepper and make a mixture.

Take oil in a pan.And heat the oil.

And dip chaap in the above mixture.

And then deep fry the chaap.

And then fried chaap is ready.

Garnish with onion and coriander leaves
