Ingredients

4 or more
  1. 12green matoke (chopped)
  2. 8medium sized potatoes (diced)
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 4 bunchesleafy spinach
  5. 3large carrots (grated)
  6. 2large onions (diced)
  7. 4large tomatoes (diced)
  8. to tasteGarlic
  9. 1 teaspoonroyco powder
  10. 1green pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Place some water with some little salt on the fire. Pre-cook the chopped matoke and diced potatoes.

    Drain the water and place aside.

    Cook the onions until lightly brown. Add in a handful of tomatoes and stir.

  4. 4

    Mix the royco with 1cup of water and add to the sufuria. Bring to boil. Add the pre-cooked matoke and potatoes.

    Layer the diced carrots, green pepper and garlic. Let it simmer for 10-20minutes.

    Fry the spinach separately with the onions and tomatoes. Add a pinch of salt.

    Plate, garnish and serve. Enjoy your meal.
