Usme salt,haldi,red chilli powder,jeera,saunf,haldi aur coriander powder mix karo.

Uske baad ginger aur crushed peas dalo aur hila do.

Phir ye sub hila ke roti jaisa aata gund do.

Uske baad aate mein triangle aakar mein tikki banao.

Ab tava lo aur usme thoda oil laga ke tikki saute karo.

Ye tikki chutney ya sauce ke sath serve karo.ye tikki bahut crispy lagti hai.
