Rice ko wash ke half an hour ke baad 6 glass of water bboil ke salt dal kar boil ke le.

Pan main 2 tsp mustard oil smoke kar le.

Fish pcs ko wash ke mustard oil msin dal ke both sides se fry ke le.

Wok main oil heat kar garlic,ginger and onion saute ke tomato puree and all masala add kar fish pcs add ke mix kar le boiled rice dal kar mix kar le.
