Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgchicken
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 2 spoonszeera dhaniya paste (fresh masala)
  • 1 spoongarlic ginger paste
  • 1 spoonsalt
  • 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  • 2cardamom dust
  • 1 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 spoonzeera,ajwain,methi seeds
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chicken ko apni pasand se pcs kariye.

  2. 2

    Kardahi me oil garam kariye and ajwain,methi,zeera dane ko fry kariye.

  3. 3

    Ab onion dalke fry kariye.

  4. 4

    Ap chaho to fresh masala and garlic ginger paste ko avi fry kar sakte ho.magar hum aisa nahi karte hai.

  5. 5

    Ji onion fry hone ke bad hum turmeric powder dalte hai fir chicken and salt add karke axi tarah mix karte hai.

  6. 6

    Chicken se pani nikalti hai.hum ye pani sukhne tak dhakkan lagaye bina cook karte hai.

  7. 7

    Jab pani sukh jaye tab garlic ginger paste,fresh masala,red chilli powder,cardamom powder add karke axi tarah mix karte hai and flame low karke dhak kar masala ko cook hone dete hai.

  8. 8

    Jab masala cook hogi tab tomato add karke thorda pani vi add karke axi tarah stire karenge fir 5 minutes dhak kar pakYenge.

  9. 9

    Last me chopped coriander leaves dalke chalayenge.bus Regular chicken gravy is ready to serve.
