Crack eggs in to a mix mixing bowl, beat it them with salt, sugar and Korean pepper, then mix water in.

Cut seafood and scallions in to stripes, then mix in with egg and water. Stir them together. Mix flours in, make sure DON'T pour flours in at once.

Heat a medium size pan, add one tsb sesame oil and 2 tsbs olive oil to the pan. Rotate the pan to spread the oil. Pour in half of batter, spread it evenly and cook it both side golden brown. Cook the the another half of batter the same week.
