  1. 2 cupFlour
  2. 1/2 cupSugar
  3. 3 1/2 tspBaking powder
  4. 2Eggs, separated
  5. 1 1/2 cupMilk
  6. 1 cupMelted butter
  7. 1 tspVanilla extract
  8. 1/4 tspSalt
  9. 2 tspCinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients

    Separate the eggs, adding the yolk to the dry mix and whites to a small mixing bowl

  3. 3

    Beat egg whites until moderately stiff and set aside

  4. 4

    Add milk, melted butter and vanilla to dry mixture, mix together well or blend

  5. 5

    Fold stiff egg whites into mixture, cut, fold and turn

  6. 6

    Ladle onto waffle maker and bake
