  1. Rub
  2. 4 tbspchili powder
  3. 1 tbspkosher salt
  4. 1 tbspbrown sugar
  5. 2 tspground cumin
  6. 1 tspcayenne
  7. 1 tspground oregano
  8. 1 tsponion powder
  9. 1 tspgarlic powder
  10. 1/4 tspcinnamon
  11. 1/4 pinchground cloves
  12. Meat
  13. 3 1/2 lbboneless pork roast (or boston butt)
  14. 2 tbspvegetable/olive oil

    Coat meat with oil

  2. 2

    Rub meat down with season Rub

  3. 3

    Sear meat in lightly oiled pan

  4. 4

    Cook in crock pot for 6 hours on Low setting
