  1. 4 largeWhite mushrooms
  2. 1 tbspButter
  3. 1 canCampbell's cream of mushroom soup
  4. 1 canCampbell's cream of chicken soup
  5. 1 cup2% Milk
  6. 1 cupEvaporated Milk
  7. 1 tbspMayonnaise
  8. 1Fresh ground pepper
  9. 1 tbspMadras curry powder
  10. 1Cayenne Pepper
  11. 1Paprika
  12. 2 tbspButter
  13. 1 cupPanko bread crumbs
  14. 2 cupCheese tortellini

    Cook tortellini.

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 350

  3. 3

    Slice mushrooms

  4. 4

    Put 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium size pot.

  5. 5

    Add sliced mushrooms to melting butter.

  6. 6

    Add fresh ground pepper to the mushrooms. (To taste)

  7. 7

    Add soups, mayonnaise, 2% milk and evaporated milk to mushrooms.

  8. 8

    Keep stirring. (More milk may be added if consistency is too thick)

  9. 9

    Add all the spices (to taste)

  10. 10

    Keep stirring until it comes to a boil. Lower heat and stir every once in a while.

  11. 11

    Take sauce and add a few scoops to casserole dish.

  12. 12

    Add tortellini and pour remaining sauce on over top, covering all the tortellini.

  13. 13

    Combine remaining butter with bread crumbs. Sprinkle generously over sauce covered tortellini.

  14. 14

    Put into the oven until bread crumbs are a golden brown.
