
Moist and Savory Venison Meatballs

Preheat oven to 375°F

Put breadcrumbs in bowl and pour milk over it. let soak for 1 minute.

Mix together all venison, onion, mayo, breadcrumbs, eggs, and spices. Form into balls (I make them big, because they shrink when they cook). Place in 13x9 pan.

Mix together ketchup, chili/paprika powder, water, and brown sugar to make sauce. Pour over meatballs.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
