Boil the rice with 3cups of boiling water,turmeric, salt and cooking oil. Till ready

Add chopped onions to the cooking oil and fry till golden brown

Then add tomatoes, carrots and chopped French beans.

Add minced meat and a bit of salt then cook for 20mins

Serve with stewed potatoes
