combine spices, bullion and water and put in crockpot

add jalapeños and about half the juice (for less spice leave out the juice)

trim excess fat off the roast and add to crockpot

cook on low for 7-8 hours

shred beef and serve on a crusty roll with swiss cheese, sauteed mushroom and onion.
