1 pintsHeavy Whipping Cream
1Salsa
1Cheese

Steps

Shred chicken with forks, do not drain. Mix with chicken juice.

Place chicken in large flour tortillas.

Place salsa in tortillas

Fold tortillas and place in dish. Repeat until the dish is full.

Fill the enchiladas halfway with the heavy whipping cream as you pour it into the pan.

Sprinkle with cheese to cover the tortillas.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Bake for 20-30 minutes.
