I created this recipe because I wanted to eat muffins, which don't contain too much butter.
The blueberry juice overflowed while I was baking, so it's better to mix the blueberries into the batter so the result will look better...

Melt the butter in a microwave. Preheat the oven to 220℃.

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl, and mix well. You don't need to sift!

Add the ● ingredients into a separate bowl, and mix well.

Add the Step 3 mixture into the Step 2 mixture, and fold it in with a cutting motion. It's ok even if the mixture is still a bit floury at this point.

Pour the batter into the muffin cups, and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, then they're done.
