  • 1 tbspChilli paste -
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste -
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder -
  • 8 - 10Curry leaves -
  • 2 tbspLemon juice -
  • 4 tbspOil -

  1. 1

    Blanch the 10 - 12 whole red chilli and make a paste.

    A picture of step 1 of Malabar fish fry.
  2. 2

    Take a bow add fish pieces,lemon juice,curry leaves,salt,ginger garlic paste,chilli paste,turmeric powder and marinate fish for 15 - 20 mins.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan.

  4. 4

    Shallow fry the fish pieces.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
