Ingredients

  • 1 tbspEVOO
  • 1/4 cuponion diced
  • 1Jalapeno
  • 12 ozWhite American Cheese
  • 4 ozMonterey Jack Cheese
  • 1/4 cupCream
  • 1Roma Tomatoe Seeds removed and Diced
  • 1 bunchCilantro

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and cook onion and pepper until soft.

  2. 2

    Reduce heat, Add shredded cheese & 1/4 c of cream, stir until mostly melted.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoe and cilantro and cream a little at a time.
