Ingredients

for 2 person s
  • 1 tbspGram flour
  • 6 piecesLady finger
  • 50 gmsCauliflower cut into small pieces
  • 1Drumstick cut into 3pieces
  • 1small potato cut into cubes
  • 1small tinda cut into cubes
  • 1 tbspoil
  • Little bit of mustard seeds
  • Methi seeds and little bit of whole jeera
  • 2green chilles finely chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • Pinchred chilli powder
  • 6Kokum flowers

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in Pressure cooker

  2. 2

    Add mustard seed Jeera and methi seeds

  3. 3

    Saute add curry leaves and green chillies saute

  4. 4

    Add gram flour saute in slow flame till light brown in colour

  5. 5

    Nice aroma comes. Out

  6. 6

    Now add water

  7. 7

    Let it boil

  8. 8

    Add all veggies leaving Lady finger

  9. 9

    Add salt to taste red chilli powder and cook till veggies are render

  10. 10

    Shallow fry lady finger and add to curry

  11. 11

    For tangyness soak kokum flowers in water for 5mts

  12. 12

    Then add to curry keep on slow flame fir 10mts

  13. 13

    Ur Delicious Sindhi curry is ready

  14. 14

    Serve hot with Rice
