Ingredients

  • 2chicken breast,cut into small cubes
  • 500 gmix vegetables of your choice,cut into small pieces
  • 500 gready roll puff pastry
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tspcoriander powder (dhana powder)
  • 1 tspcumin powder (jeera powder)
  • 1 tspturmeric powder (haldi powder)
  • 1 tspred chilli powder or to taste
  • 1 tspsalt or to taste
  • 1 tspcoarse black pepper
  • 1 tspdry mix herbs
  • 2 tbspBisto gravy granules
  • 1 tin (400 g)macaroni and cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in the pan.add chicken and cook for 5min on midum heat.

  2. 2

    Add all the spices, herbs mix well and cook for 2min.add mix vegetables stir and cook until all the vegetables are cooked.

  3. 3

    Then add the gravy granules and add boiling water if needed.stir everything well.let the gravy thickened. Turn off the heat.add Mac and cheese mix well.

  4. 4

    Pour the mixture in the pie dish, one large dish or individual small ones.put puff pastry on top brush with egg wash or milk.

  5. 5

    Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.on 160°c/320°f/gas mark 3.or until the puff pastry is nice and golden.serve hot

  6. 6
